When you fill in a form on our website, complete an application form either on our site or on third party sites such as the recruitment site or Linked In, send us an email, give us a call, or work with us in some other capacity, as client or professional contact, we can gather your data to make sure we’re providing the best possible service.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, either in the course of our normal line of work, as part of a referral process, or as part of a job application.

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to discuss matters relating to Twenty Four Seven. It will not be shared with anyone else.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on encrypted computers or in locked cabinets in an office which only staff have access to.

We ensure that children’s files are retained in a place of security and are disposed of in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and 80 years from last date of entry.

Application forms and interview notes will be kept for 12 months, of not successful; otherwise, it will be transferred to a personnel file if employed by the company.

After this time, we will then dispose your information by a secure and certified shredding company
